For 26 years, we have developed a variety of quality check fixtures, from simple assembly checks to complex trim/stamp/clamp fixtures. We have 6 full-time design engineers that are capable of designing your fixture from a legible print, CAD File, or coordinate block. Once designed, a preliminary layout of the fixture design will be sent for your approval before production. Every one of our fixtures are CMM certified in-house and will be shipped with the certification report. We currently serve the following industries:

Assembly Check
  • CNC machined to your technical specifications
  • Lexan windows for checking clamp and/or stamp rotations
  • Green end zones to ensure length is within tolerance
  • Can be rotated to a specific orientation
  • Pictured on left with green color sensors to indicate go-no go
Hose Stamper
  • CNC machined to your technical specifications
  • Stampers can use liquid ink or ink cups, and have ¾” or 1 ½” printable areas
  • Pneumatically-powered with the press of a button
Hose Trimmer
  • CNC machined to your technical specifications
  • Full contour fixtures used to cradle the formed hose so that the ends of the hose can be accurately trimmed
  • Cut can be done by hand for low volume parts
  • For high volume parts, pneumatic trimmers are designed to hold the ends of the hose in place during the trim operation.
  • For thin walled hose, the ends of the hose can be completely contained to provide an exceptional end cut
* The above trimmer and stamper can be combined into one "trim/stamp" fixture in which both operations are performed simultaneously.
Pin and Bushing
